Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOPs)

The Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) can help prevent inpatient hospitalization or serve as a step-down program from our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). It operates three days per week. Individuals will engage in group therapy and receive ongoing medication management.

  • Virtual or in-person programming
  • Held on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 4 – 7 p.m.
  • Group and individual therapy
  • There are two tracks focusing on the following diagnoses:
    • Oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), conduct and impulse control disorders that could benefit from anger management and accountability skills
    • Anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, trauma, self-esteem issues and stress

Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)

Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) is ideal for adolescents who are at risk for further deterioration of condition but do not require 24-hour care. The program operates five days per week. Individuals will engage in group therapy, receive ongoing medication management and individual/family therapy as needed.

  • In-person programming
  • Held Monday through Friday from 3 – 7 p.m.
  • Group and individual therapy
  • Medication management, if needed
  • For diagnoses such as addiction, eating disorders, body dysmorphia, compulsive behaviors, adolescent offenders and behaviors that are not medically necessary for inpatient treatment yet need an intensive level of care
